During my time at eDialog we pitched for the email business of Expedia. This concept was used in the pitch. eDialog was successful and added Expedia to their list of accounts.

The Body Shop Spain send weekly email newsletters that contain multiple promotions and products. This is an example shows how the multiple offerings can flow together with an overall consistent look and feel.

The Body Shop International Ecom Director and Head of Digital had asked if I would concept ideas for a new design for their weekly newsletters. The requirement was to find a solution that would allow the different markets to to update the email template with their language and specific offers - whilst maintaining the look and feel of the brand. And not compromising the design.

During my time at eDialog I was asked to design concepts that could be used to pitch for new business. This concept was chosen and eDialog was successful in acquiring the email business of Skype.

The Body Shop Loyalty Program is called "Love Your Body™ Club". The 'fan tier' of this program required a slightly different look and feel. The brief was for the design to be more premium. I was supplied with the logo only.

The premium look and feel was achieved by not over crowding the email design with too many products. And, to ensure the products followed the same colour palette.

This is an example of an email produced for The Body Shop Portugal. These emails are sent fortnightly. The client supplies the promotions, it is then my job to design the email newsletter. Email best practice is incorporated along with commercial messages to ensure maximum sales.

Whilst at eDialog I was creative lead for British Airways. This is an example of an email sent to their Executive Club Members. Part of the process included sourcing images to be used in the design.

This is a typical email used to send to The Body Shop Ecom customers. The design is modular which enables the client to switch out sections should the promotions become invalid due to low stock.

A very simple solus design for Boots. Having little content, with a simple CTA meant the click-thru rate was particularly high for this email.
